Work Out Without Knowing It This is my third Zumba game. Having lost over 50 pounds just using Zumba and some dieting tweeks, I’m completely sold on this product as an exercise tool.What I was not convinced of, was that a cardio tool could really do any core work. Personally I do between 100-300 sit ups a day, depending on what else I’m doing. I honestly didn’t think adding “core” to the title would assist with any additional “core” work.
